How much does skedo.io cost?
At this stage skedo.io is free and access is by invitation: no plan to choose and no credit card. Write to contact@hostservicesrl.com to request access. When paid plans arrive, we will let users know by email in advance.
Which social networks can I connect?
Instagram (professional Business or Creator accounts), Facebook Pages, LinkedIn profiles (company pages are coming), TikTok and YouTube. Each channel connects with the platform's official login and can be disconnected at any time from the Integrations page.
Do I have to share my account passwords?
No. Channels connect through each platform's official login (OAuth): you authorise skedo.io to publish on your behalf and can revoke that permission whenever you want. skedo.io never sees or stores your passwords.
What kind of content can I schedule?
On Instagram, feed posts with one image or a carousel of 2 to 10 files, Reels and Stories. On Facebook, text, links, photos and videos on Pages. On TikTok, videos with caption, privacy and interaction settings. On YouTube, videos and Shorts with title, description, tags, category and visibility. The same content can go to several channels at once, with a different text for each one if you want.
How does teamwork work?
Invite colleagues by email and assign a role: Owner, Admin, Marketer, Content creator, Sales or Viewer. The content creator writes and submits posts for approval, whoever has the right role approves them or asks for changes, and each person chooses which email alerts to receive.
Can I manage several companies or clients?
Yes. Each company or client has its own workspace, with its own channels, team and data kept separate from the others. With one login you switch between workspaces with a click: it is built for agencies and freelancers.
How is it different from Meta Business Suite or native scheduling?
Native tools cover one platform each. With skedo.io, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube share one calendar, with roles, approvals and the AI Studio preparing text and images. And you can follow several companies without switching accounts.
What does the AI do and what do I decide?
The AI Studio proposes text, images and timing; the AI Advisor analyses results and suggests new posts. Nothing is published without your check: you proofread, edit and confirm. AI features use skedo.io's included key or your own encrypted Google AI Studio key.
