Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of skedo.io (the "Service"), provided by Host Service S.r.l., with registered office at Via Bagutta 13, 20121 Milano (MI), VAT no. 13452640967 ("we"). By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. What the Service offers
skedo.io lets companies and professionals connect their social accounts (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others to be added), prepare content, publish it immediately or schedule it, and work as a team with different roles inside a shared space (a "workspace").
2. Account
- You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Whoever creates a workspace owns it and decides whom to invite and with which role.
- The Service is intended for professional use by adults.
3. Connected social accounts
- You may only connect accounts you are entitled to manage.
- By connecting an account you authorise us to publish on your behalf the content you choose and to read the data described in the Privacy Policy.
- Use of each platform remains subject to its own terms. In particular, by using the YouTube feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- You can disconnect an account at any time from the Integrations page.
4. Your content
- The content you upload remains yours. You grant us only the permission to store it and transmit it to the platforms you choose, to the extent needed to provide the Service.
- You warrant that you hold the rights to what you publish and that it complies with the law and with the rules of the destination platforms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- publish content that is illegal, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others or the platforms' rules;
- send spam or automate behaviour the platforms prohibit;
- access other people's accounts or data without authorisation, or compromise the security of the Service.
We may suspend an account or workspace that breaks these rules.
6. Availability and limits
- The Service relies on the social platforms' APIs, which may change, impose limits or reject content: a publication may therefore fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control. When that happens, the Service reports it.
- We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Fees
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will announce them in advance, and no charge will apply without your explicit acceptance.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from use of the Service, nor for decisions the social platforms take about your accounts or content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Write to contact@hostservicesrl.com from the account's email address. How data is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the Service or by email before they take effect; by continuing to use the Service you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the courts of the provider's place of business, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction for consumers.
